Quality assurance is an integral part of the Development, Engineering, Production and Planning process at TFPL group. It is built starting from raw materials inspection & Testing , Inprocess Inspection on all stages and finally through dimensional Inspection and application non-distructive testing also carried out in house.
We follow the quality procedures stipulated by automotive giants like Ford, GM and Chrysler which is described in our quality manual. We follow various procedures such as Team feasibility study, APQP, FMEA etc in the course of product development life cycle and the same is continuously monitored throughout the life of the program.
